§ 1 Definitions

- External website – a website of the Administrator’s partners, service providers, or service recipients
- Administrator – CoolTRONIC.pl sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Rządza 10E, 05-304 Rządza, with a tax identification number assigned to the 8222390709 or a person Paweł Potacki residing in Mińsk Mazowiecki, providing electronic services via the Website and storing and gaining access to information in the User’s devices
- User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically via the Website.
